Why worrying your worry?

WORRYING YOUR WORRY
                                     Jacil

Worry has been defined in several terms, but today, i choose to use two particular definitions to explore the hazards of worry.

Worry (1) To be troubled, to give way to mental anxiety.
           (2) To seize or shake by the throat,

The first definition is the everyday knowledge of what worry stands for - to give way to mental anxiety. We've had a week long of activities, for some it was fruitful and others, fruitless - this particular persons now stoop to worry.

Nevertheless, worry can be positive, that's if it accomplishes the spur you seek. www.helpguide.org explained in its article:
"Worrying can be helpful when it spurs you to take action and solve a problem. But if you’re preoccupied with “what ifs” and worst-case scenarios, worry becomes a problem of its own".

This is a new weekend, if you are already making plans to become worried, I think you should cancel it. It brings no good.

The second definition sees worry as strangling, so don't you think Worrying(strangling) your Worry(mental anxiety) is the best way to spend your weekend?

When you worry for all-so-many negative reasons, you only cripple your mental stability, again HelpGuide explains in its article:
" Unrelenting doubts and fears can be paralyzing. They can sap your emotional energy, send your anxiety levels soaring, and interfere with your daily life".
Today, in this new weekend, explore brighter options; creative thinking is not so bad, think of new ways to achieve goals.

Train your mind this weekend to stay calm and look at life from a more balanced and less fearful perspective.

Have a beautiful weekend; Happy Weekend :)
